On Monday 24th August the Market Rasen, Gainsborough and Mablethorpe e2e students enjoyed an active day at Mablethorpe Beach. Although the sun wasn’t shining too much, the rain held off and the weather was perfect for a game of rounders – tutors included. After a competitive game, the students returned to the chalet for a mini picnic and then a quick paddle in the sea where some attempted crabbing, but unfortunately, were not successful. The day finished with a couple of egg and spoon races and a game of French Boules before returning to Mablethorpe Learning Centre for a reflection on the day.
