Working Communities

Working Communities is a flexible roll on roll off programme designed to enable each client to access the training and support they need to gain sustainable employment. This includes attendance at the job club, Initial I.A.G. and skills assessment, supported job search in group and 1:1 setting. A delivered programme including – CV building, letter writing, interview skills, completing application forms, Motivational skills, stress and anger management and confidence building, addressing barriers to employment.

Provision of training including Numeracy and Literacy, customer care, H & S, First aid, Food hygiene, Assertiveness, Hospitality and various computer courses. Provision of in work support if required.
